💜 What do YOU want to learn about in 2024?

Hello, Happy Thursday, and Happy New Year.

We’re keeping it light with a ~5min read and a quick ask (it's fun, I swear 😉).

I’m fresh off some time spent digging: through Want to Work There, through my favorite inspiration sources, and through my own head.

And I've found some clarity that has me extra excited for 2024! 

All it took was finally and fully embracing something I love about myself: my abundant, unquenchable curiosity. 

I'm excited to share what this means for Want to Work There in 2024. But first, I’d LOVE to hear what you’re most curious about this year.

 I'm gonna let you in on a little secret: I don’t have all the answers. 

Shocking, I know...

Sure, I have plenty of hard-earned expertise and experience to toot my own horn about (that Management Training though…) but I also know that the realm of Employee Experience is massive. Its myriad roles and functions require breadth and depth of experience and expertise that I wouldn’t trust any individual to claim in entirety.

So while I’ll never stop honing my own expertise, I’m really excited to lean back into my journalism roots. This looks like asking the right questions and following the right leads to find the best experts, the best resources, and the best insights to help us achieve what we already know to be true: that the time for a better world of work is now, and it starts with us.

This year I’m focusing less on positioning myself as an expert with all the answers, and more on building WTWT to reflect who I am at my heart of hearts: a dogged learner with endless curiosity, chasing clarity at every turn.

I’m excited to run wild with my own curiosities, but I also want to dive deeper into YOUR curiosities.
